Why didn’t I get any Vodafone points?
All Postpaid customers and Individual Corporate Employee customers got points once every calendar month. They were based on total payment made during the last month. In case you haven’t made any payments you will not see any points in your account yet.
Can I use these points on my friends and family numbers?
No, points cannot be transferred or shared .
Can I get cash instead of redeeming a gift?
No, points are not redeemable for cash.
